RV & CAMPING SITES

(Note: All camping rates are based on 2 people per sites. Any additional guests pay an additional $10.00 per person / per day. Children 5 and under are free.)

Basic Tent Site - $40.00 per night

RV Site with water and electric - $50.00 per night

RV Site with full hook-up - $58.00 per night

RV Site with water, electric and sewage - $750.00 per month

RV Site (utilities included) - $2,400.00 per season (April 1st - November 1st). Requires a $1,000.00 deposit.

                                                     ($280 per month includes electric)

RV Annual Lease

(Note: Does NOT include electric. Inground tanks - $253.00 additional per site.)

Fees for one lot - $2,068 per year or 11 payments of $188 per month ($211 per month w/inground tank).

Fees for two lots - $2,244 per year or 11 payments of $204 per month ($227 per month w/inground tank).

Fees for three lots - $2,695 per year or 11 payments of $245 per month ($268 per month w/inground tank).

More than three lots – Full membership.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Rates listed only apply to recreational campers.

Maximum of 4 adults per site.

One camping unit per site.

Holiday and Winter rates are subject to change.

OTHER LODGING

(Note: All lodging is based on 2 people per room. Any additional guests pay an additional fee.)

Motel Room - $75.00 per night / per room plus tax.

                           $750.00 per month / per room plus tax.

                      $10.00 per additional guest(s).

Cabin 1 - $160.00 per night plus tax.

               $10.00 per additional guests 5 years+.

(Note: $100.00 Security Deposit required at time of booking. After inspection, deposit will be refunded.)

Tom Thumb Cabin 1 - $75.00 per night plus tax - Requires 2-night minimum during the weekend.

                                  $10.00 per additional guests 5 years+.

     Tom Thumb Cabin 2 - $110.00 per night plus tax - Requires 2-night minimum during the weekend.

                                        $10.00 per additional guests 5 years+.

1 Bedroom Apartment - $125.00 per night - Requires 2-night minimum stay.

                                     $594.00 per week - Reserve 7 days and get 7th night free.

                                     $950.00 per month
